Dehumanization of Education
When the City of Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bomb devastated by allied forces during World War II, Japanese flavor-it would be hard to bounce. Moreover, to be developed as it is now. But reality says otherwise. Japan along with the "little dragon" more now become one of the world mecca of technological advances.
The rise of Japan it was not separated from the rise of their education. Since no single nation in the world that can progress without education. That is why the Emperor of Japan at that time asked to collect the remaining teachers. The emperor was well aware that the education is the Rising Sun Country will rise. Education and civilization is an organic relationship. Can not be separated from one another. Education advanced civilization will advance automatically.
But it must be remembered that civilization has a broad meaning. Civilization itself is derived from the word "etiquette". Advances in technology and information is just one result of a good education. Moreover, the civilization also includes morals. Therefore, a successful education is not only seen from the school buildings or a large university, a complete lab facilities, or the amount earned an Olympic medal.
If only to the extent that, one can imagine how it went. Are not there enough examples of criminals who graduated from famous universities. There is even a doctorate as well. Not to mention the frequent student brawls as if slapping our education. Protégé only know the theory about morality, but I can not put it into practice in life. The biggest failure of our education system lies not in the lack of education issues to educate the people. Indeed a lot of factors that affect education. But the main factor is the exemplary educational success of educators themselves. That's what is missing in our education today.
